Prepare for your career as an Esthetician

Bamboo Advance Beauty College prepares our students for careers in the beauty industry as licensed Estheticians. Students are guided by our Learning Leaders through all program’s with three stages: Touch, Create and Empower. We empower students to be the best they can be.

Touch.

The first 0-180 hours is basic learning in Theory and Practical Instruction, such as: Disinfection/Sanitation, Law & Regulation, Health and Safety, Client Consultation, Product knowledge. Skin Analysis, Manual/Electrical/chemicals facial Eyebrow Arching, Tweezing & Waxing. Facial treatments and make up artist, individual and strip lashes, Eyelashes extension, Microdermabrasion with diamond tips and crystal powder,scrubber blade, LED Light, Ultrasonic Hot and Cold, Micro-current Bio-Lift, Eyelashes and Brow tint and much more.

Create.

From 181-420 hours, you will enter a new stage of specialty on clinic and work on real clients with challenging practical services designed to continue building your skills as industry professional.

Empower.

You will spend your last 180 hours at Bamboo Advance Beauty College learning and preparing yourself for confidence in the beauty industry. You will use your own creativity to empower your abilities with the supervisor/ instructors to help you prepare as a licensed Esthetician.

CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Licensing Requirements:

To receive an Esthetician license in the State of California, for the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, a student must:

  1. Be at least 17 years of age or older.

  2. Complete required course hours in a school approved by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

  3. Submit an application and required fee.

  4. Receive a passing score on written exam only 75%.
