Bamboo Advance Beauty College offers this course to develop students’ knowledge and goes beyond the basics of manicuring, pedicure and artificial nails. Students will add advanced techniques to be salon ready.

Upon completion of Advanced Manicuring Program, students will qualify for salon ready positions as Spa Manicurists, Spa pedicure Technician, and nail Salon Operators.

The Advance Manicure Program:

 

Develop the knowledge of:

  • Analyzing the hands and feet, prior to all services to determine any disorders

  • Safety precautions in use of manicuring, pedicure and artificial nails

  • Spa manicure and spa pedicure

  • Gel enhancements systems including sculptured gel application, dipping powder system, pink and white acrylic application, electric file, and trending nail shape techniques including stiletto, coffin, ballerina, almond, and lipstick

  • Nail art techniques will also be explored with emphasis on freehand nail art, stamping, foil, ombre, rhinestone, dotting, Nail striping tape, French Manicures, and glitter nail techniques.

 
 

Graduates of this program are expected to:

  • Acquire knowledge of laws and rules regulating California Cosmological establishments’ practice

  • Understand sterilization procedures.

  • Acquire the knowledge of general theory relative to manicuring, including anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and theory relative to practical procedures performed.

  • Acquire business management techniques common to manicurist

  • Acquire the knowledge practice communication skills, proper grooming and manipulation skills.
